All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For, Tracked Courier Services, or an equivalent tracked and insured delivery method. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you securely and without compromise.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your payment, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All deliveries must be to a physical address where someone is available to sign for the parcel.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your parcel. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.
Missed Deliveries and Returns
If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the item from a local depot.
If the order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping details, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the item.
Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframes, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays. Inspired Supplies is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services after dispatch.
Packaging and Damaged Goods
All orders are packaged securely to ensure products arrive in good condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue in line with our returns and refunds policy.
