Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Inspired By You Supplies.

We take great care to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and delivered to you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products — which include injectable, sterile, and temperature-sensitive medical and aesthetic items — strict hygiene and safety regulations apply. For this reason, we have a no returns and no refunds policy for opened or improperly stored products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Opened or Used Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any products that have been:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used after delivery

  • Partially used or tampered with in any way

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Not stored according to the manufacturer’s recommended storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration or protection from light, where required)

Once a product has left our control, we cannot guarantee its sterility, safety, or effectiveness. As such, these items cannot be resold or reused under any circumstances.

2. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care to ensure your order arrives safely and correctly. However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrect (you received the wrong item),

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number,

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging, and

  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Once we verify the problem, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. We may ask you to return the affected item before a replacement or refund is issued.

3. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe that a product may have a quality issue (for example, leakage, contamination, or a manufacturing defect), do not use the product.
Please contact our customer service team immediately for investigation and assistance. We will guide you through the next steps to ensure your concern is handled promptly and appropriately.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before dispatch occurs.

5. Storage Responsibility

Many of our products are temperature-sensitive and must be stored under specific conditions (for example, refrigerated or protected from direct sunlight).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are stored correctly upon delivery.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been damaged or degraded due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
